Thank you
6 months ago I bet on myself and launched my legal recruiting agency. I didn't feel ready. But I reminded myself that:
- I had grown a strong network from my years of practice in biglaw
- I had grown a strong following from sharing insights on LinkedIn
- I had grown a strong set of newsletters for niche legal communities, like Pani Cooler
- I had to own my business to learn and earn the most
It turns out that betting on yourself isn't a one-time event. I've trained myself to make bigger and bigger bets over time. It started with a LinkedIn post, some DMs. And it grew from there.
And now it's been a record month for the agency for offers and placements, and next quarter is going to be huge.
I didn't bet on myself alone. My family and friends cheered me on and talked me through tough moments. My clients put their trust in me. My network sent me referrals. And everyone that engages with me here, I'm getting their support too.
Your bets are going to pay off big in 2024. Thank you and have a wonderful new year.
